米其林指南的觀點

The chef went to Italy as a building architect but, inspired by the home cooking and hospitality he experienced at a friend’s place, switched professions and became a chef. He designed the interior himself to look like a wine repository and borrowed the name of his favourite architect, Aldo Rossi. The dishes are simple and faithful to tradition. Fresh pasta is his signature offering, and it’s made into spaghetti, tagliatelle and rigatoni.
