The Delacourcelle brothers, first encountered at Le Pré Verre (in the 5th arrondissement), are at the helm of this tiny bistro. Their recipes give diners well - made, bold and flavoursome dishes: pan - fried razor shells, tender suckling pig with mild spices... Excellent!
