米其林指南的觀點

Asheville, North Carolina is a little gem of a town in the Blue Ridge Mountains; occasionally called the Paris of the South, it’s a hotbed of creativity and cool. As such, it’s one of a few towns of its size that can support a hotel like the Kimpton Hotel Arras, which towers over Pack Square in the very heart of the city. It’s full of high-design modern furniture and contemporary works by local artists, and equipped with rooms and suites that are tastefully upscale and impressively stylish. Bargello, the restaurant, serves a Mediterranean-inspired menu including hand-made pastas and wood-fired pizza, and District 42 is for cocktails and shared plates.
