Born into a chef family, Chef Lau worked in many famous Cantonese restaurants before starting Ho Land in 2020. The menu includes no-frills, impeccably executed classics such as roast suckling pig, and scrambled egg with crabmeat and shrimps. Traditional gems rarely found elsewhere, such as honey-glazed grilled chicken liver and deep-fried chicken offal custard need pre-ordering. With only a few tables, reservations are recommended.
