米其林指南的觀點
The original opened in Beijing in 1903 but the room here is furnished in a contemporary style, along with a water feature and bridge. The cooking blends recipes from Beijing and Huaiyang. Paper thin slices of Mongolian black-headed mutton remains a speciality, along with drunken chicken, and pan-fried beef or mutton pancakes with Sichuan chilli sauce. Dim sum is served at lunch, and the dumpling or Shuizhu set menus offer exceptional value.
