The multi-course tasting menu is a theatrical affair, which showcases precisely crafted dishes with clever flavour and temperature combinations; 'The Humble Chicken – Shokuji' is a real highlight. Pumping music contributes to a great atmosphere, whilst sake 'journeys' are encouraged to add to the experience.
