John Snyder, Kiran Saund, and Nick Hopkins are the brains behind this unique tasting concept that shines the light on street food from around the world. The kitchen is expert and creative in its blend of global culinary traditions. Madagascar prawns cooked in lardo arrive encased in a tart and are a riff on the Haitian griot; while crispy Indian pani puri filled with Korean crab salad packs a serious punch. Potato rösti flavored with Alpine cheese and grape preserves is a sweet and savory trip.
