This attractive bistro is located in El Cabanyal-El Canyamelar, the picturesque fishing district of Valencia, where typical shacks coexist alongside unpretentious fishermen's houses and beautiful buildings designed in a more modern style. The couple in charge of the kitchen create impressively flavoured and well-structured cuisine that is rooted in Gallic tradition and can be enjoyed on a concise and contemporary seasonal à la carte and three set menus (Mediodía, El Trío, and Mengem).
