It has a different kitchen team for each cuisine, and there is a whole menu dedicated to duck dishes. The speciality Peking duck is grilled in a date wood-fired oven and sports crispy skin and melting, buttery fat. Dim sum at lunch and seasonal recommendations are also worth trying.
