My cooking is entirely geared to the seasons. We have a field at Heist-op-den-Berg, a rooftop garden with 120 varieties of herbs, thirty hives and we support urban farmers, etc. We are devoted to reducing our carbon footprint from our energy consumption to the materials we use.
