A dining concept from owner-chef Lam of Longtail fame, this spot champions a primitive way of cooking - adding smokiness to everything over a longan-wood charcoal grill. Highlights include the 28-day dry-aged bone-in striploin and porterhouse steaks. The chef also makes an array of exotic sauces to go with your food, such as Sriracha kumquat sauce. Before dinner, enjoy a cocktail during happy hour and behold Taipei 101 up close from the patio.
