MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

An outpost of the 50-year-old Tokyo restaurant with the same name, it sports a classic Chinese décor with opulent contemporary touches. The elaborate menu shows a strong Cantonese influence and specialises in luxury seafood, such as abalone and sea cucumber. Live lobster and grouper from the tank are popular among diners, but the barbecue meat and claypot dishes are also worth checking out. Ask for a cosy sofa booth if you want privacy.
