Owned and run by a couple who once lived in France, it champions a farm-to-table concept using fresh produce grown on the fringes of the city. The owner-chef honed her skills at world famous L’Astrance so classic French techniques underpin all her ambitious creations – the vegetable terrine made daily stands out.
