MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Chicly decorated Baan is an outpost of a Bangkok-based restaurant and serves home-style cooking from central Thailand, hence its name which translates as “home”. Signatures include spicy shrimp salad, braised beef green curry, and spicy-sour pork belly and egg stew. The chef makes Tom Yum seafood soup in his home-town style – with red chilli paste and coconut milk. All sauces and curries are hand-made in-house.
