We invite you to join us at the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Taipei 2018 Gala Dinner as a carefully curated line-up of local and international chefs, and a special guest jointly present a gastronomic experience to celebrate the newly-starred restaurants of the city.
Themed "A Voyage of Taiwan", the gala dinner honours Taiwan's stature as a "land of gifts". Look forward to an exquisite menu prepared by the guest chefs, with dishes inspired by the various influences, such as its history, geography, terroir, folkways and culture, that has made Taiwan the foodie destination it is today.
