MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Chef Yip from Hong Kong uses local ingredients to make traditional Cantonese fare – dim sum, barbecue meat, live seafood, home-style stir-fries… you name it. His signature braised beef brisket and tendons in a claypot made with local beef slaughtered on the day is tender and flavoursome. Crispy skin free-range chicken lives up to its name with crackling skin and juicy flesh. Ask about booth seating and private rooms when booking.
