                        Discover the flavours of Castilian cuisine in the heart of Marbella's old quarter, in a restaurant that, aesthetically at least, looks like the inside of a bodega! Chef Pablo Rebollo’s proposal, which comes as something of a surprise in this part of Spain, invites guests to discover creative Mediterranean cuisine that takes on personality by incorporating interesting fermented foods, game dishes, pickled foods, marinades... and subtle nods to his native Valladolid. The menu is complemented by three tasting menus: Mercado (lunchtime only), Degustación and Gran Menú.
