                        Located in the heart of the old town, not far from the cathedral, this tasteful little restaurant prepares Catalan-inspired dishes in an open kitchen. At the helm in the kitchen is Jürgen Birth, who skilfully weaves both Spanish and French elements into his modern set menu. For example, scallops with brandade are followed by his "Hamburgesa 2.0" with Bellota Iberico cheeks. His penchant for patisserie is also evident in the wonderfully refreshing mandarin sorbet pre-dessert. Choose between a conventional and a vegetarian set menu option – a pescetarian variant is also possible. To accompany the food, there are select Spanish wines, which owner Jan-Hendrik Feldner takes pride in presenting – diners are spoiled with attentive, personal service.
