Expect colourful, aromatic creations ranging from both classic and more original mezze to traditional specialities such as hünkâr beğendi and fodula. A house favourite features squid and vegetables such as courgette and pepper tempura – crisp on the outside, tender within – accompanied by a subtle garlic-based sauce.
