This restaurant is situated in the Casinò di Venezia, or to be more precise, Palazzo Ca’ Vendramin Calergi, a 16C building overlooking the Grand Canal which boasts a beautiful garden in which meals are served on warm summer evenings. Chef Alessandro Borghese serves modern and attractive cuisine which is full of enticing flavours. There are two tasting menus available, with the option of adding the chef’s signature dishes to either of these.
