Cornelia and René A Donatz run their business with great dedication. In an elegant rustic-style decor, they serve good fresh cuisine, including classic veal dishes, Angus beef "bestsellers", vegetarian fare and fish such as Graubünden salmon from Lostallo. They stock some 550 wines (20 available by the glass) – a passion of the owner. Donatz Wine Bar proposes a smaller menu. Hotel Donatz has appealingly modern and comfortable guestrooms.
