Above the Domaine de Murtoli's golf course, set in the scrubland, this restaurant offers the unique setting of a cave. Tuck into a five - course Corsican set menu, by candlelight, on wooden benches installed directly in the rock, or on one of the superb little terraces boasting a splendid view. It's hard to think of anything more romantic. Reservation essential.
