Chef Gai Thanunya's love affair with soufflé started, as it does for most, in Paris, where she was studying the art of French cuisine. A touch of reality television fame later, and she opened a restaurant in Bangkok as an ode to her favourite cuisine. The grilled lobster soufflé has a flavourful bisque and puffy egg whites but save room for the sweet soufflés as well. Come for brunch and spend a lazy weekend afternoon full of sweetness.
