The fifth MICHELIN Guide Beijing selection is revealed. This selection rewards 105 restaurants, including 16 new establishments, and represents over 30 culinary styles. 1 new restaurant is awarded Three MICHELIN Stars, and 3 new restaurants receive One MICHELIN Star.

The full restaurant selection of the MICHELIN Guide Taiwan 2023 is revealed today. 2 restaurants promoted to Three MICHELIN Stars, 3 restaurants promoted to Two MICHELIN Stars, and 7 restaurants are newly awarded with One MICHELIN Star and 2 restaurants newly receive the MICHELIN Green Star for their sustainable commitments.

Confirming South Korea as a strong culinary destination, the MICHELIN Guide extends its coverage to Busan. Busan’s culinary potential, with its popular traditional cuisine and natural marine environment seduced the inspectors of the Guide. This upcoming MICHELIN Guide selection will be unveiled in February 2024.

The 2024 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Thailand will cover: Bangkok, Phuket and Phang-Nga, Chiang Mai, Ayutthaya, Nakhon Ratchasima, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, and Khon Kaen as representative cities of the Isan Region, and Koh Samui & Surat Thani mainland.

Kuala Lumpur and Penang’s dining establishments make their debut in the MICHELIN Guide with 97 listings, covering over 20 cuisine types, along with three restaurants receiving the MICHELIN Special Awards: Service Award, Sommelier Award and Young Chef Award.

Myojaku and SÉZANNE receive Two MICHELIN Stars, and 16 new restaurants are distinguished One MICHELIN Star, while the Bib Gourmand celebrates 38 new restaurants which have been rated as best value-for-money by MICHELIN inspectors.

The inspectors of the MICHELIN Guide are in the field to spot the best restaurants in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. The first edition of the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur and Penang will be unveiled in December 2022.

The latest 2023 Seoul edition features a total of 176 restaurants selection including 35 Star restaurants

Reviewed for the first time by the MICHELIN Inspectors, Tainan and Kaohsiung joined the MICHELIN Guide collection with respectively 27 and 20 Bib Gourmand restaurants. 6 new restaurants are recognized with a Bib Gourmand in Taipei; 6 in Taichung.

Celebrating its sixth anniversary, the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2022 edition has 2 restaurants promoted to Two MICHELIN Stars and 7 restaurants newly awarded with One MICHELIN Star

A total of 101 restaurants, including 4 two-star restaurants, 18 one-star restaurants and 22 Bib Gourmand restaurants, are recommended by the MICHELIN Guide inspectors in Japan's Nara prefecture.

The MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2023 will feature Nakhon Ratchasima, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, and Khon Kaen as representative cities of the Isan Region.

Michelin is pleased to announce the MICHELIN Guide’s arrival in İstanbul, whose first restaurant selection will be unveiled on October 11, 2022. İstanbul will therefore become the 38th international destination to have its gastronomic scene brought to the fore by the MICHELIN Guide inspectors.

The MICHELIN Inspectors will reveal new restaurant additions in Thailand throughout the year.
