MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Chef Gaetano Palumbo is Sicily-born, so it’s no surprise he adds a Sicilian spin on modern Italian cooking and imports ingredients from up and down Italy (plus Australia and Japan). The results are creative set menus and à la carte dishes from antipasto to dolci. His signature main, Filetto di vitello alla "Rossini,” milk-fed veal, foie gras and black truffle jus, and tiramisu stand out. Tuscan décor completes the experience. Sunday brunch features live jazz.
