MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Nestling in a protected cove just outside the small town of Opatija, the designer-style NAVIS hotel provides the setting for this brightly coloured bistro-cum-restaurant with breathtaking views. The large windows look out to sea, the latter providing most of the ingredients on the modern and occasionally imaginative menu, although specialities from inland Istria, such as truffles, extra virgin olive oil, cheeses and delicious meat, also feature. A good choice of wine and homemade bread adds to the fine dining experience.
