• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Every room can accommodate a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children under 12 years of age or three (3) adults, subject to corresponding charge:
• - Extra person with bed only is PHP 1,596.79 nett per person per night
• - Extra person with breakfast and bed is PHP 2,947.92 nett per person per night.
• CHILD POLICY:
• - Infants age zero (0) to five (5) years old utilizing a cot are complimentary, baby cot should be required in advance, subject to availability. Breakfast for 0 to 5 years old is complimentary when dining with an adult.
• - Children age six (6) to twelve (12) years old is complimentary when sharing with an adult and utilizing existing bedding. Breakfast charge for 6 to 12 years old is 50% of the prevailing breakfast rate.
• - Request for additional bedding will be charged at extra person rate.
• Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
• Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
• INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT POLICY: Incidental Deposit equivalent to Php 5,000.00 nett per room per night will be collected in cash or pre-authorization on a credit card upon check-in. Incidental deposit is refundable upon check-out if unused.
• SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms. Guest rooms that have been smoked in, or with a smell of smoke, will be assessed and charged a minimum smoking fee of PHP15,000. Hotel has a designated smoking area on the 11th floor on the right side of the pool area upon entrance of the Sora Rooftop which is open from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm. A smoking area at the gaming area on the 2F of the Grand Wing is open 24 hours.
• All Filipinos will be required to present their valid government-issued IDs (Passport or SSS ID or Driver’s license or Senior/PWD ID)
• All foreigners, regardless of their employment and status in the country, shall be required to present their valid passports. This includes permanent residents, expatriates, and holders of work-related visas.
