Situated on a small hill just outside Vipava, this elegant restaurant – in business for over fifty years – occupies a seventeenth-century residence that once belonged to a family of Venetian nobility. The interiors unfold across several rooms, each with its own distinct personality: particularly evocative are the stone spaces obtained from the original stables and kitchens of the historic residence. An enchanting dining room with a fireplace is the setting for a refined cuisine, where traditionally inspired dishes coexist with more creative and experimental proposals.
