What used to be the guesthouse of Lilbosch Abbey is now a classic fine dining restaurant with bags of character. Martin Bruggeman takes great pride in his work, presenting his suggestions to guests and proving every day that he is a master of traditional cuisine. Try the game dishes, especially the venison – the chef slaughters the game himself and showcases the distinctive intense flavour of the meat.
