"Contraste" is also the name of a famous champagne vintage from Anselme Selosse – featured, among others, on the extensive wine list. This is a place where you can savour meticulous, up-to-date, flavoursome cuisine based on the finest seasonal produce and presented in a number of tasting menus, each comprising several courses.
