The interior accommodations reflect the castle’s majestic and storied history. Rooms are spacious and feature massive floor-to-ceiling windows framed by ornately patterned curtains. The 57° Grill’s atmosphere is surprisingly modern and casual, while the bar, situated in one of the oldest parts of the structure, blends modern mixology with ancient history. Here, guests can indulge in high-end wines or enjoy cigars from Cuba or the Dominic Republic surrounded by the structure’s original stone walls.
