If you're a fan of fish and seafood, then Jellyfish is the place for you. Come and sample the set menu, which is available with four, six or eight courses. You will also be able to order an excellent "exception" in the form of a meat or poultry dish. With the select ingredients being prepared in a considered, modern and creative way, the technical skill is second to none. A fine example is Canadian Lobster "Som Tam". As for the setting, the restaurant, located in the Schanzenviertel, has a pleasingly minimalist interior, all the better to focus on the interesting, polished cuisine. The experience is rounded out by the smart, attentive and knowledgeable young front-of-house team, who will also help you find your way around the wine list. Small bistro menu at lunchtime Sat-Sun.
