Stage (French for “apprentice” and pronounced “Starge”) is the brainchild of a former chef at Robuchon in Bangkok. She opened this contemporary European restaurant with other former staffers after it closed. The navy exterior sets the tone for the interior, which exudes sophisticated yet informal vibes. The seasonally evolving Stage Experience tasting menu exhibits a French base but has some Asian touches, such as taro bibimbap and cured mackerel with horseradish.
