One should never judge restaurants by their façades but it's hard not to have one's expectations raised by the sight of the sweet little garden at the entrance to this discreet and warmly run Japanese restaurant. The contemporary cuisine comes with lots of modern twists, with dishes like sea urchin rolled in Wagyu beef, and grilled cod with yuzu miso sauce and dried millet powder. Equal thought has gone into the sake list.
