The owner-chef revives the embers of Taiwan’s culinary past with a seasonal 12-course menu that subverts the preconceptions about Western dining. The food displays influences of indigenous cultures, featuring native ingredients such as mock betel nut and paper mulberry leaf. The room is furnished generously with wood and the nest-like centrepiece above the bar made with steam-bent cedar is styled after hunting huts of the old days. Vegan flavor menu is available for reservation.

MICHELIN Green Star
"We are committed to protecting ecology, from the forests to the mountains – and we promote agricultural reform, the well-being of producers and related issues through our everyday actions and purchases. The restaurant is decorated with discarded wood and 90% of ingredients are sourced locally, with a focus on indigenous produce. The leaves from forestry operations are used to extract aromas and add flavour to both our dishes and drinks. The team also serves as a consultant to address the issue of food waste and recycling in mountain restaurants."
