Judicious lighting, dark wood and tones of red give this modern Chinese restaurant a slick and stylish feel. Amidst the traditional offerings, novel creations also pop up on the menu. Either way, the food is always meticulously plated. Don’t miss the fish bone and fish maw soup, double-boiled with chicken and pork for six hours. Steamed wild white sultan with crunchy scales, and coconut jelly with crispy black forbidden rice also stand out.
