MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

What started as a cookery school was transformed into a restaurant in 2015 - it's in Tanjong Pagar but not the easiest place to spot. 28 ingredients, imported from around the world, are prepared each day and from them the chef will then improvise a dish of a largely European persuasion. What's more, they keep a record of your booking and what you ate to ensure that on your next visit you're offered something different.
