MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The indirect lighting, filtered through Japanese paper, and the earth-textured wall coating create a calming effect. The self-taught proprietress shows off her skills with seasonal dishes. Her signature dish is the croquette assortment. She offers a unique touch with the combinations, including bamboo shoots with kinome and chrysanthemum with risotto.
