Presented on a platter rather than the traditional basket, the dish includes: lobster har gao in a green wrapper and flavoured with kaffir leaves, a delicious abalone-chicken mix siu mai topped with caviar and a king crab and mushroom mix in striking a blue-coloured wrapper. The platter also presents three fried versions too: a light puff pastry piece of venison, a pink handbag-shaped dumpling with a filling of minced wagyu and truffle, and finally a mooli puff resembling a carrot.
