This remarkable restaurant in Hotel Bayerischer Hof is reminiscent of an artist's studio – chic grey dominates the colour scheme, and everything is tastefully done, down to the last detail. This understated luxury provides the backdrop, courtesy of Axel Vervoordt's interior design. Always on hand, the extremely personable and young yet experienced waitstaff pull out all the stops. There has been a change in kitchen leadership, with Kevin Romes (known from Skin's – the restaurant in Lenzburg) now at the helm.
