First Look: The Paris Popup At Open Farm Community

One of France's most popular pop-up restaurants will be in Singapore for the next three weeks.

The Paris Popup is one of those initiatives sparked off by a dream shared by a group of friends. Started by London chef Harry Cummins and Montreal-born sommelier Laura Vidal, the Paris Popup is a roving concept that brings their food wherever they go, appearing in restaurants and bistros on their off days and serving up good food when the restaurants would otherwise be closed.

Together with Cynthia Chua, founder of Spa Esprit Group, the Paris Popup will be in Singapore for three weeks only. On their menu: Dishes made from locally-sourced and inspired ingredients. Like a chye poh flatbread, for instance.

Here's a peek at what to expect.
