The third edition of Art at Curate will feature as a guest chef Esben Holmboe Bang, of three-Michelin-starred Maaemo in Oslo, the only restaurant in Norway to receive Michelin's highest accolade, 

Join us for an exquisite dining experience featuring signature and original creations by chef Esben, paired with highly rated wines handpicked by Robert Parker Wine Advocate.

Prices range from S$250++ for a four-course lunch to S$480++ for 8-course dinner with wine and champagne. Seats can be booked from 5 August 2016.

About the chef:

Esben Holmboe Bang was born and raised in Copenhagen to a family who placed great emphasis on sustainability and agriculture - a philosophy he carried with him even as he built his career in Oslo, the capital of Norway. Today, much of chef Esben's inspiration comes from nature, with a focus on bringing out the natural flavours and quality of the raw ingredients he works with.

It is this bold style of cooking that won the young chef a legion of fans, and an enviable stream of global recognition.

In 2012- just 14 months after opening - Maaemo was awarded two Michelin stars, becoming first and only restaurant in the Nordics to be listed in the guide. In 2016, Maaemo was awarded a third Michelin star, making Esben the youngest chef and the first in Norway to front a restaurant holding Michelin's highest accolade.

A meal in Maaemo will transport guests on a breathtaking culinary tour of Norway that sees them travel from the temperate climates of the southerly Hvaler islands, to the cold pristine waters of Norway's West Coast, and on to the expansive inland wilderness of Roros as the tastes of Norway are brought to life on a plate.

With each carefully created meal comes an elevated dining experience through the perfect pairing of a brilliant glass of wine. Selecting from the most sought-after wineries around the world, Robert Parker Wine Advocate and Curate's roster of visiting Michelin-starred chefs will create and collaborate, alongside a star line-up of resident chefs, to serve a multi-sensory dining experience with every installation.
