Old school classics like seabass in a salt crust, tournedos Rossini and hop shoots in a divine hollandaise sauce are rich in the distinctive flavours of yesteryear and the ethereal profiteroles filled with rich vanilla ice cream and smothered in intense dark chocolate are to die for!
