The restaurant is located in a residential area near the university. Behind the large windows, the decor is sleek and modern, with a raised bed of various types of cress and spices – which is integrated into the counter – providing a focal point. The food, mainly vegetarian, is served in the form of a four- or seven-course set menu. Ingredients are sourced from regional producers, with meat and fish used only sparingly. A wine flight has been devised to match the dishes. The service is friendly and professional.
"For us, sustainability is a serious matter, which is why we cook mostly vegetarian meals, work only with local producers, ensure short delivery routes, reduce plastic as much as possible, accept only reusable packaging, and devise our menu according to what the farmer delivers to us. In other words, the season and the best produce at the optimum time are very important to us!"
