This restaurant in the Fährhaus Hotel is very stylish indeed with its sleek interior done out in soothing warm brown tones, and floor-to-ceiling windows commanding views over the Moselle. Diners can look forward to a pleasantly laid-back atmosphere, as well as friendly, attentive and professional service. And then there is Frank Seyfried's cuisine. The former head chef at Andernach's Ristorante Ai Pero serves up a modern take on classic and Mediterranean-influenced dishes, which you can order à la carte or compile to compose your own set menu. Vegetarians are also well catered for. Alternatively, the hotel has a second restaurant called Landgang, which boasts a beautiful terrace.
