Set right on the lake, the view over the water is enchanting, but the interior’s refined design is equally impressive. The restaurant is run by two brothers: Giancarlo Camanini, who greets guests with great warmth in the dining room, and Riccardo, who oversees the kitchen. They offer three tasting menus: La Storia, 4 e Mezzo, and Oscillazioni. The latter comes in both a classic/historical version and a seasonal‑surprise version, with either 7 or 9 courses.
