Across the globe, the Conrad hotels are synonymous with classic luxury. The Conrad Beijing is no exception, even if the futuristic façade by Ma Yasong — the same Chinese architect George Lucas chose to design his new museum in L.A. — is rather more avant-garde than the interiors.
