In a decor of pale-coloured wood, pick from a short seasonal menu; many dishes are based on local ingredients (eg marinated trout, rocket, horseradish, cucumber and smoked oil, or crispy waffles, caramelised mirabelles and fromage blanc ice cream). The lunch deal is unbeatable value and the welcome is particularly warm!
