If you enjoy street food, this restaurant overseen by Álex Marugán (of Tres por Cuatro fame) is entirely focused on just that. Here, in this informal, rustically inspired space with a bistro vibe, the duo of Rocío Martínez and André Chumbe offer a fusion that plays with the flavours of Spain, Peru and Mexico through dishes designed for sharing (half-portions are also an option so you can try a little of everything). One particularly special, highly original and delicious dish that we can recommend is the menestra stew with peanuts, herbs and egg.
