This appealing spot is rather special. Decked out with lots of wood, the restaurant has a straightforward yet sophisticated aesthetic that is in keeping with the modern dishes. On the fixed menu, dishes are markedly pared down – verging on the minimalist – and have a slightly Scandinavian feel. Seasonal ingredients sourced from carefully selected producers take centre stage.
